Berkshire Attack Programs
Berkshire Attack offers multiple programs throughout the year to support players at every stage of development.
Spring Season (March–June)
Our traditional Town Level season includes both travel teams and a Learn to Play program. Practices are held weekly, and travel teams typically play 1–2 games per week.
Learn to Play (Kindergarten–2nd Grade)
This non-game program focuses on introducing young players to the fundamentals of lacrosse. Emphasis is placed on scooping, stick handling, throwing, and catching through active, fun, and engaging drills.
Bantam (3rd–4th Grade)
This entry-level team introduces competitive play against other teams. Players continue developing basic skills while learning simple game concepts. Games are played half-field or cross-field to match player size and ability. Goaltending is introduced, and practices remain fun, creative, and skill-focused.
Junior (5th–6th-7th Grade)
The Junior level builds on Bantam fundamentals and introduces more advanced skills such as faceoffs, dodging, and modified stick checking. Games are played full field, allowing players to develop team play, positioning, and basic zone concepts.
Senior (7th–8th Grade)- Summer only
Our most experienced Town Level team is structured similarly to a junior varsity high school program. Players refine advanced offensive and defensive skills, situational awareness, and team concepts. Athletes begin to specialize in positions—attacker, midfielder, defender, or goalie. Games are played full field.
Summer/Fall Season (July–October)
This Club Level season is designed for players seeking a higher level of competition. Teams compete in elite tournaments and showcases throughout New England. As players approach high school age, these events provide exposure to college coaches
and recruiting opportunities.
Teams are formed based on high school graduation year. The number of teams and practice schedules are determined by registration numbers.
